4. Subcontractor Agreements

If you are a subcontractor working with us, you acknowledge that:

-You are an independent contractor, not an employee of LACE CLEANING SOLUTIONS LLC.

-You must comply with all job site rules and regulations.

-Payments and work schedules will be determined as per agreed terms.

-Failure to meet performance expectations may result in termination of the subcontracting relationship.

5. Payment Terms

-Clients agree to pay all service fees as outlined in their contract or invoice.

-Payments must be made by the due date specified on the invoice.

-Late payments may be subject to late fees or service suspension.

--Subcontractors will receive payments as per their agreed terms, subject to job completion and approval.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

-Clients must provide at least 30 days notice for cancellations to avoid charges.

-Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

-If we cancel a scheduled service, we will notify the client and offer a rescheduled date.

7. SMS Communication & Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

-Service updates and appointment reminders

-Subcontractor job scheduling and hiring communication

-Promotional and marketing messages (if opted in)

Opt-Out:

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP."

8. Use of Website
